Optimus Template

Once upon a time Dr. Adams had a regular radio program where he addressed a number of counseling issues. We have obtained the tapes of those broadcasts and will be presenting a new message of  "Jay on the Radio" each weekday. Each message is about eight minutes long and you can either listen to them here on this page or you can download them to your ipod, iphone, or other mp3 player. From time to time we will be posting Q & A sessions with Dr. Adams as well.
